Phil Green
Independent Consultant
Phil Green is a co-founder and director of Onlignment Ltd. Active in learning and performance consultancy since the 1970’s he was an early pioneer in the field of e-learning.
Phil has been coach, tutor and inspiration to many hundreds of new entrants to the business of learning design and performance technology, as co-designer and tutor for the CIPD's "Certificate in Blended Learning", for Optimum Learning and for Onlignment Ltd., and as past chairman of the eLearning Network.
Contributor to countless published works, most recently he wrote a chapter for the Book "Trends and Issues in Instructional Design and Technology" published by Pearson in the USA
