Nigel Paine

Managing Director, NigelPaine.com
Nigel Paine has been involved in the development of learning technologies for over twenty years. He has run organisations producing educational software, CD Roms and online resources.
He was appointed in 2002 to run the BBC’s Learning and Development operation. He was responsible for the learning and development of their 26,000 staff. He left to start his own company which focuses on promoting creativity, innovation and learning.
He speaks at conferences around the world and writes for a range of international publications whilst coaching senior executives in Europe, South America, Australia and the USA.
He is a Fellow of the CIPD and the Royal Society of Arts and has been a visiting Professor at Napier University since 1998. In 2006 he was named as Masie International Learning Thought Leader, and has been a Masie Fellow ever since, working closely with the Masie Learning Consortium as their Learning Officer.
