Jamie’s a creator and leader of transformational organisations across 3 continents, executive coach, accomplished fine artist, and an urban monk. He focuses this breadth and depth of living and work experience in applied strategic creativity. He facilitates learning and innovation through a targeted synthesis of creative processes that apply mental, visceral, and sensorial techniques to get useful results.

Jamie’s expertise is in enabling the capture and realisation of vision.  His methodologies apply this in experiential learning to great effect. He co-founded and directed the national award winning charity Youth Initiatives, working in the heart of the Troubles in Northern Ireland. He designed and led specialist youth rehabilitation projects jointly sponsored by the United States and British governments. Young people in his programs have won national leadership awards. World experts in business, science, and the creative industries have repeatedly engaged his coaching services.
