Andy MacGovern  has been the vice president of strategic talent at Thomson Reuters since 2009,  where he is globally accountable for the learning management, performance management and talent management systems. He is also responsible for innovation around learning and talent technologies.

Andy has been at Thomson Reuters since 2005, where he has always been involved in technology and learning and development. One of his initial roles within the company was programme manager for the roll-out of a replacement Learning Management System to approximately 19,000 staff globally in 100+ countries.
