conference delegate rates

Information on the conference speakers at Learning and Skills/Learning Technologies 2011 will be available from October 2010.

The delegate rate for the 2010 two-day conference (including all sessions, full catering and membership to the Learning and Skills Group) was £995.00 + VAT.

• Past delegates receive a 20% discount - £796.00 + VAT
• Book more than one place and receive a 10% discount on the first delegate booking - £895.50 + VAT and a 20% discount on delegate bookings thereafter - £796.00 + VAT
• Charities, supporting Government bodies, speaker referrals and exhibitors receive a 20% discount - £796.00 + VAT

Please note that the maximum discount for any single delegate is 20%.

free conference gift*

To ensure the interaction continues after the event, each delegate attending the 2011 conference will be given a fantastic conference gift* as part of their delegate booking.

Information on the conference gifts for the 2011 conference will be available from October 2010. The 2010 conference gift details can be found below:

• Conference delegates booking before December 31st 2009 received either the new iPod nano 5G (with video camera and FM radio), the Flip Ultra 11 (handheld camcorder) or the Canon PowerShot A480 (digital camera).
• Conference delegates booking between January 1st and January 22nd 2010 received the new iPod nano 5G.

confirmation

On receipt of your conference booking you will be emailed confirmation along with a VAT invoice. Full registration details and your conference badge will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conference and you will be contacted regarding your preferred session path, your complimentary Learning and Skills Group membership and the various forms you will need to complete.

payment

Full payment is required before the conference or within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

bank transfer - Principal Media Ltd's bank details will be sent to you along with your invoice

cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to Conference Manager, Principal Media Ltd, 19 Hurst Park, Midhurst, West Sussex GU29 0BP or emailed to info@learningandskillsevents.com and must be received no later than January 1st 2011.

Such cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £50.00 + VAT per delegate and this fee will be deducted from any due refund. We regret that we cannot accept any cancellations after this date but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
