The delegate rate for the two-day conference (including all sessions, full catering and membership to the Learning and Skills Group) is £995.00+VAT.

10% discount as a past delegate - £895.50 + VAT
10% discount for all delegates that attend on a multiple booking - £895.50 + VAT
10% discount for charities, speaker referrals, sponsors and partners - £895.50 + VAT

(Please note that the maximum discount for any single delegate is 10%)

free conference giveaway*

To ensure the interaction continues long after the event, each delegate attending the conference will be given a fantastic conference giveaway* as part of their delegate booking.

For the 2013 event, conference delegates booking before December 31st 2012 can choose either the brand new 7th generation iPod nano, 3rd generation Apple TV or the latest Amazon e-reader, the Kindle Paperwhite.
Conference delegates booking between January 1st and January 22nd 2013 will receive the new Kindle Paperwhite.

confirmation

On receipt of your conference booking you will be emailed confirmation along with a VAT invoice. Full registration details and your conference badge will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conference and you will be contacted regarding your preferred session path, your complimentary Learning and Skills Group membership and the various forms you will need to complete.

payment

Full payment is required before the conference or within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Payment can be made by:

bank transfer - if you choose to pay on receipt of an invoice, Principal Media Ltd's bank details will be sent to you along with your invoice.

cheque - please make cheques payable to Principal Media Ltd and send to Conference Manager, Principal Media Ltd, 19 Hurst Park, Midhurst, West Sussex GU29 0BP.
credit card - by booking online or phoning +44 (0)1730 817601

cancellation

Delegates can cancel up to a month after booking with no charge. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager, Principal Media Ltd, 19 Hurst Park, Midhurst, West Sussex GU29 0BP or emailed to info@learningandskillsevents.com and must be received no later than January 1st 2013.

We regret that we cannot accept any cancellations after this date but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
