Experiential Learning at its best

Lucy McGibbon, Human Resources Director, Sundial Group

Lucy is Human Resources Director of Sundial Group and about 17 years ago began to develop an interest in the training and development of teams and individuals. She was the driving force behind the creation and installation of Sundial Group’s Teamscapes, a unique series of 18 indoor-and-outdoor activities that use Experiential Learning (learning by doing) to deliver measurable outcomes.

In this showcase session, Lucy will facilitate a Teamscapes activity and a debriefing session that will demonstrate the power of Experiential Learning.
