Benchmarking English Language Skills

The global economy is demanding English language skills to do business across borders successfully. This presentation will look at the Cambridge ESOL benchmarking toolkit and projects that Cambridge ESOL are involved in globally to assist organisations to benchmark the language skills of employees. Examples will be provided of how organisations can benchmark language skills to assist in recruitment, promotion and training decisions.
