Five years ago, an investigation, linguistics and body-language specialist developed an advanced course on manipulation within interviews, showing delegates that they could spot a huge variety of micro-signs, and dispelling a few myths too‡. Until now it’s been restricted to investigation professionals but increasing demand (brought on, no doubt, by the popular series 'Lie to me'), has persuaded us to deliver the course to businesses.
