Excellence is used throughout JLR’s global network – 160 countries, 4,000 dealerships and 60,000 dealer staff, each of whom now has a training plan geared to his or her individual needs.The system also drives the development of learning assets, Redware co-ordinating the creation of over 100 new eLearning courses each year. Yet Excellence is a cost-neutral solution for JLR.
